Alright, this blog has become dusty, and though i may or may not use it anymore for it's intended purpose i will not tolerate its disuse, so instead i will use it for something a bit more, dare i say it? do i really want to speak it? how will this effect my future? I dare say it, i want to speak it and i don't know how it'll effect me,  but i intend to use his for something more personable. I will talk about my life in a somewhat anonymous atmosphere and hopefully get feedback. Not sure if i should do a follow-up post, but i think that can wait for tomorrow

A decision

I must make a radical decision friends, either i can continue to rant about philosophical subjects that i've no experience nor expertise in, or i can use this account to post various stories and artwork in the hopes i may become recognized and that you may enjoy what i may offer you, and in doing so i must also change my name so that it reflects my pseudonym. I Ask what you would like for me to do.

Culture

A perfection of means, and confusion of aims, seems to be our main problem.
                                                                                                      -Albert Einstein

A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.
-Edward de Vere (formally William Shakespeare)

Music is the one incorporeal entrance into the higher world of knowledge which comprehends mankind but which mankind cannot comprehend.
                                                                                                               -Ludwig van Beethoven

Be warned, I am about to start spouting a tared of perhaps unsupported claims in which I compare people of the past to extremely well known people in our culture today. I believe this is fair warning for all.

Every person knows of the music star Lady Gaga, correct? Of course, she is the "hottest" sensation of the year, and why shouldn't she be, she works hard to have her lyrics written for her, and all the creativity of her fashion designer, Her only real redeeming quality in my opinion is what others perceive as a wonderful singing voice. I often wonder how her "little monsters" as her fans are called can stand to listen to such a freakish excuse for musical talent. I ask you this, have you ever heard of Ludwig Von Beethoven? He is a most famous pianist for his time and wrote his own music, and what made that more challenging is, for his most famous symphonies, he was completely deaf. That is correct, deaf, he had no ability to hear at all and instead relied on the vibrations he felt beneath his feet to discern pitches, tones and chords. What's more, he didn't have to sing to make his music beautiful nor inspirational, It simply was. And what of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart? He didn't suffer from the physical disability that Beethoven did, but he is still by far a greater musician than our borderline psychotic idol of modern music. What of Johann Sebastian Bach, or Edvard Grieg? I would encourage you to listen to these composers and discern whether modern music is really as entertaining as previously thought. Past composers weren't very rich either, whereas Lady Gaga is most likely swimming in money and promotions.

I would challenge any modern poet to compare him or herself with the likes of  Edward de Vere, 17th earl of Oxford and  Edgar Allan Poe, father of the mystery genre of literature. One of Edwards most famous poems, Romeo and Juliet, was written completely in iambic pentameter, which is no small task by any means. He also wrote 154 sonnets, which may be considered the most brilliant pieces of English literature. Poe's most famous poem 'The Raven" is a wild look into the insanity of the depressing life of its author. He also wrote many more, which are not as popular but are nonetheless significant and beautiful in their own way.

Do you know of Stephen Hawking, the Prophetic "new Einstein" ? Some may not have, due to their lack of attention into intellectual matters and instead looking at Lady Gaga's newest fashion, but the point stands still. His theories are no doubt thought producing and whimsical views into several subjects, but how useful are they if they just remain theories? Do not misconstrue my words, i do have an immense respect for the above mentioned mathematician, but Einstein was by far the better of these two. Einstein was not an average scientist, in fact, he was quite friendly to those he knew had weaker intellect. He was an outgoing and sociable person who taught people interesting ways to look at the world. His most famous equation E=MC^2, Is very useful in the medical community today for use with radioactive substances and was used to decide that the basic fission process between atoms was possible. The best part of this is that Einstein thought his equation a complete failure. It even led to the creation of the atomic bomb!

Leonardo DaVinci is the most respectable person in my mind as of now, for he mastered many things during his life and was a true renaissance man. He studied the anatomy of the human body quite accurately, painted the beautiful Mona Lisa and many more paintings of excellence, In his notebook are drawings for inventions hundreds of years ahead of his time and he was an exceptional man of mystery, Using his eloquence to write his entire notebook upside down and reversed.

Keep in mind that i am not in the slightest comparing myself to the above mentioned people, for i know that i will never become as musically talented as even Lady Gaga, nor as well written as modern poets, A severe doubt is placed on my shoulder when comparing myself to Stephen Hawking, for never shall i even enter his range for intelligence, and i shant ever master a multitude of subjects as the inventive Leonardo DaVinci.

Terribly sorry that I haven't posted for a long while. Now then, apologies aside, I've been thinking of something. The world seems to be ruled by violence. It is an ever-present aspect of our lives. We are well versed in the history of duels for woman or monetary settlements. The "draws" of the west play in our heads as we hear a specific tune. Fighting has even become grounds for entertainment in the modern era. It is often described in any kind of informative news agency. Those individuals fortunate enough to have television sets see it in every news station. The latest murder locally or an unfortunate event occurring in a distant country always seem to make appearances as if they themselves were a foundation in a news organization. Those without the telly may hear it from a radio broadcast or from friends, family members or strangers walking along the streets, waiting for somebody to gossip with. Acts of violence in alcoholic service buildings (bars) are so prevalent that they have earned a title in everyone's internal slang dictionary (I.E. bar fight.) I am not completely sure what a bar fight exactly entails, for I do not loiter around such places, but the talk about breaking bottles and stools while fighting is enough to discourage even the bravest man from drinking and attempting to fight. A third tactic that I've heard talk of is the 2+ against 1 ratio, in which two or more people face a single person in combat. Some call it cowardice but I think they do not understand an underlying truth, with that truth being, that perhaps the larger group all want to cause harm but do not want to wait for the others to finish. Therefore all of them will fight and cause large amounts of damage in short periods of time. Supposing that the single party is a martial artist, the larger group may fall or they may still overpower the single party and harm him extensively. Talking of martial arts, It has taken an almost magical form in the opinion of ordinary people theses days. The sheer ability to dispatch opponents efficiently is where I think this magical opinion lies. If you have any other thoughts on the above topics please share them so that i may add to my knowledge.

To ease my troubled mind

What is humanity's disposition toward sexual desire? We seem to be engulfed by the need for it and it leads us to do sickening acts upon ourselves, our friends, and our families. To point out first: pornography. It is commonly misconceived that men are slave to this "act" of unrealistic voyeurism. My theory is that some men can become so obsessed with this that he will ruin his life and the lives of those around him. So why do we even have this in the first place? for some kind of demented pleasure? all it would trigger is the release of endorphins in the brain, that is all that anything sexual ever does. Second point: our friends. I was recently told that somebodies boyfriend was paid in the form of cannabis to have sexual relations with his sisters best friend. Why anybody would want to commit such a despicable act despite his loved one is not easily understood. He did it for his own benefit, because he was an imbecile and got a release of endorphins for the price of something else that released endorphins, it sounds stomach turning when thought about. Did this friend perhaps want his sexual release? or was she forced into it? Which bring up another topic in the form of my third point: Rape and incest. People forcibly commit sexual assault on attractive women and men, but what is the point of all this? Who could possibly be so putrid that he/she would find a random person, drag them into a dark alley, and purge their comfort? Either of the people in this scenario could get a dangerous and fatal STD or the victim could lose his or her virginity. I personally cannot grip how terrifying that would be: blood everywhere, a gun to your head, and trash surrounding you on all sides, making you feel like trash yourself. Worse than the rapist( if any) is the family that takes advantage of their own offspring. This is truly sickening to me. Why a family member would wish to ruin the lives of their family i cannot and refuse to fathom, though it shows itself daily in my mind. It would take immense mental strength to get out of these situations. I especially fear for women, because they are easily overpowered by the scum of men trying to sexually assault them. In the end, this posting did not actually ease me or my feelings because though it is quite lengthy, The sentences that i purposefully deleted from my article would have helped to identify me, and for me to be known would take away the magic of me being able to express my thoughts without limit nor regret.

Wondering

I wonder what topics i should speak about in my blog, so far i have set up the topic of writing, steampunkery, art, and philosophy. I would like to expand my choices of what to write but have been fearful to stray from my main motives,I would encourage some feedback(though i' ve noticed i only have one follower, thanks jokyr) from anybody reading my blog as to what they would like me to talk about. That is all for today and i hope to speak again soon

is anybody interested in more philosophical questions? it would seem that my mind is blank of anything to write otherwise, so i shall ask them. This question brings up a touchy subject, just know i hold no religious belief and if i did, i would still honor your opinion. Why do you think that people believe in god/ goddess/gods/goddesses/ gods and goddesses/ animals/ or none? It would seem that such belief in metaphysical beings/ entities are entirely misplaced when the laws of science clearly state the creation of the universe in such a logical manner. I sincerely hope that nobody will become cantankerous at my suggestion. The other touchy subject is the matter of government. Why do we have such a diverse amount of political views and such illogical arguments over which is the best way to rule/ govern/ enslave a society? That is it for the day and i wish to share with you again soon.
